We want you to be completely delighted with your BertynJoel purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Window

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact our customer service team at supportnow@bertynjoel.store with your order number
• We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
• Package the item securely in its original packaging
• Ship the item using a trackable shipping method

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different design or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless defective. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
